Purandhara is a Bali-inspired contemporary tropical villa designed as a private retreat. The architecture is shaped by water, shade, landscape, the natural rock face and the distant view toward Purandar Fort.
The central courtyard is the heart of the villa; the pool becomes the focus of resort life; private and service spaces remain discreet.
Six chapters turn the website into a digital story of the villa.

First floor. Three ensuite bedrooms, family spaces and terraces.
Roof. Accessible sky lounge, fort-view deck, solar PV and screened water infrastructure.
Purandhara is guided by a small set of design principles, held consistently from the first sketch through to the final drawings.

The project starts with a site, a view of Purandar Fort, a natural rock face and an ambition: create a private tropical retreat that feels timeless.
Future entries can document site analysis, approved drawings, material decisions, construction milestones and the completed villa.
The first motion study is generated from the current concept imagery and can later be replaced by real architectural animation.
